Hey there! We’re Clinton and Lisa, the proud caretakers of our ranch nestled in the serene landscapes of Northwestern Mellette County, SD. Our journey started when Clinton, a South Dakota native, convinced Lisa, a Florida city-raised soul, that the rural life was something special.
After retiring from the Marine Corps in 2019, we fulfilled Clinton’s dream of returning to South Dakota to embark on our ranching adventure. Starting from scratch, we dove into the world of ranching, guided by many of Clinton’s mentors’ expertise in all types of livestock.

Through mindful management and a dedication to animal welfare, we ensure our livestock are raised in a way that benefits both the land and the quality of the food we produce.
About Us
We met while serving in the United States Marine Corps and tied the knot in 2005. Blessed with two wonderful daughters, Zoe and Kali, who have flown the nest to North Carolina and Virginia.
Returning to South Dakota, we built our home near Clinton’s childhood ranch. Our passion for raising quality livestock was ignited by many of the local ranchers in Mellette County, and now, we are proud stewards of Syfan Spanish Goats, Hogs, and Turkeys.
