Syfan Spanish Goats
These hardy and agile creatures are raised on fresh ground, rotated through small pastures overrun by brush. We believe in the healing power of a good rotation and trust our 3 Akbash/Pyrenees guardian dogs and guard donkeys to keep them safe.
Berkshire & Berkshire's Cross Hogs
Our Berkshire and Berkshire’s cross hogs lead a happy life, rooting through the soil and moved often to fresh ground. We don’t medicate them, allowing them to give us the tastiest pork without compromise.
Broad-breasted White Turkeys
Our broad-breasted white turkeys enjoy a life with access to large protected runs and, during the last month, get to roam free in the pasture, making for a picturesque scene of them chasing grasshoppers on a summer morning.
